The upper-level bedroom features two individual beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.

Guest access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa during your stay. Relax in your own private swimming pool, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and take advantage of the included beach chairs and beach towels for days by the ocean. The home is completely yours to enjoy, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience for a memorable Costa Rica getaway.

Ideally located on a quiet residential street, the villa is just a short walk from Tamarindo’s beautiful sandy beach and the town’s excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and local shops. Downtown Tamarindo is approximately five minutes away on foot, allowing you to enjoy the area’s vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife before returning to the peace and privacy of your own tropical retreat.

Please note that the villa is designed for tropical indoor-outdoor living. The main living areas are open to the outdoors and are not air-conditioned. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only.
