Host was great- very responsive and helpful. The house was very nice, in good condition. The fourth bedroom is not a true bedroom though. It’s a tiny space, very different to the other rooms. The deck needs a paint job and the BBQ lighter was not functional (they provided a work around). The location was perfect for us, easy access to groceries and a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very positive experience and loved having the pool to wind down and enjoy some private time away from the beach crowds.

💯 Pura Vida ‼️

Our group of 8 (4 couples) had a wonderful week celebrating anniversaries and birthdays. The home was in a great location close to everything. All the beds were very comfortable and gourmet kitchen was stocked and accommodated an in home chef/private dining experience seamlessly. The pool was refreshing and outdoor speakers were a nice addition. We saw a monkey in the backyard and had massages under the gondola. The house manager, Josue was very accommodating and helped coordinate everything to make our trip one of a kind! Thank you Casa Boomerang for the memories made and we will be back with our kids next time!

Visit to Senderos Tamarindo

Really enjoyed a week in Tamarindo. Casa Boomerang had a great pool which our kids enjoyed thourghly! Walking distance to the Automercado made it really convenient for us to to prepare our meals. House was in good shaping, actively being improved upon. Josua and the team were fantastic with communication! Would recommend.

We tried to move from this property

This property isn't as described! We had a party of 8. We arrived at 6 pm after a 4 hr. drive from La Fortuna. The property manager wasn't there to greet us (as stated in the check-in) so we walked into an ant infestation, no A/C, no key to open the patio to air out the place and we were short a bed! There was NO water upon arrival: no toilets, no showers, nothing. After texting and finally speaking to the owner, the Property Manager did come to the house and saw what we saw, tho there wasn't anything he could do about it either. The description says there was a room with 2 twin beds. There were trudles under 2 beds but NO mattresses for them. We made a make shift bed for my son with one of the trundles and the couch cushions however, no bedding...(They did deliver a mattress and bedding our 2nd day) The housekeeper had taken the key to the patio, so we had to wait for that to be delivered. When we did get the patio open, the screen was visibly damaged - useless to keep the bugs out at night. NOTE: The property is NOT air conditioned! Only the bedrooms are! The 5th "bedroom" is basically a closet in the back of the home and only has a ceiling fan. We moved a trundle to a room with A/C. The trundles are impossible to use in the rooms where they are. You cannot pull them out all the way, and if you do managed to finagle them out, you can't open the door! The description says 2 queen beds - there is ONE queen and ONE full. Now there are 2 twins, but again, not user friendly trundles. The design of the house is so that you " bring the outside in" - so the main living space (living room and kitchen) are always hot and muggy. Plus, the screen is broken so makes it useless unless you want the flying bugs in at night. It's 90 dgrees, impossible to cool down. The home needs to be closed down and fumigated. They were in the baseboards, in the oven, on the walls, in the shower - everywhere. The property manager arranged for daily housekeeping, and left us bug spray, but it was a daily thing to kill/sweep... The pool was actually refreshing and useable. This house is a corner lot as you drive into the complex. Expect noise from the workers that trek up the hill every day on motor bikes at 7 am and begin working on new construction. We tried to move from here. Because the property manager did his best to fix things for us we couldn't move. It is close to town and around the corner from a grocery store so that was good.

Nice open layout

The front of the house opened up to a nice swimming deck area. The manager and the owner were both very responsive. There was some construction noise with the growing surroundings community. Overall everyone had a great time.

Beautiful home and convenient location

Beautiful modern home that comfortably accommodated 3 couples. It’s located in a quiet gated community, right next to a grocery store, and a 15 min walk/5 min drive to the city center/beach. Cleaners came to spruce up the property midway through our stay!

Architecturally breathtaking house in Tamarindo

This house is magnificent. Spotless, tastefully decorated, easy to live in, glamorous feeling, comfortable, relaxing... everything you could want in a vacation rental. We had an amazing vacation, and being able to walk to the shopping center was an added perk. Loved it!
