Xanadu Dreams is a beachfront home located in one of the most exclusive resorts on the northern coast of Costa Rica, just a short drive from Tamarindo city center, where you’ll find nightlife, restaurants, and various activities.

This house is surrounded by lush nature, offering a private pool, a spacious deck for group gatherings, a gas BBQ, a minibar, and an ice machine. It also features a beautiful wooden dining table perfect for family meals.

Outdoor amenities include:

Hammocks
Gas BBQ

Inside, you’ll enjoy an immense living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. All areas are fitted with independent air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Laundry room available with a washer and dryer for guest use.
Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the house and the private pool, reserved exclusively for Xanadu Dreams guests.

Guests will also have access to Hacienda Pinilla’s amenities, including:

MTB Trails
Tennis courts
Pickleball courts

Please note: Access to these amenities requires an additional fee.

We have a Beach Club membership, allowing access for $10 per person, which is fully consumable at the restaurant (only required for guests over 10 years old).

Important: The Beach Club is closed for maintenance for two weeks in October. Please check with your host for the exact dates, as they vary each year.
House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment and respect the neighbors, parties are not allowed.
Noise and Community Rules

We want to ensure all our guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay at Xanadu Dreams.

This property is located in a private residential community, primarily inhabited by permanent residents and families. Therefore, respecting the community guidelines is essential.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – during this time, loud music and excessive noise are not allowed.
This is NOT the right place for large parties or events.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
