Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via borehole.. Downstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize bed upon request. The cottage boasts a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Two steps down from the front door, the living area opens to an open garden and a private patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning countryside views. Well-behave dogs are welcome, even horses are welcome by prior arrangement.
The cottage is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the local attractions. Whether you’ve been to an exhibition at the NEC or enjoyed the Birmingham sights, The Granary provides a serene countryside escape.
