I sent a message two days prior to checking in and never received a response. Checking was chaotic and took forever. Lots of guests were waiting and only one receptionist with poor training. We had reserved an ocean view apartment and were given one with no ocean view. Then, had to change and got one with a view from the second bedroom (with twin beds) that we had told the receptionist we would not use because it is only my husband and I, and a side view when on the balcony. Views were of buildings and a huge pile of trash. WiFi didn’t work and we had to wait at the apartment for 3 hours for the technician to come and fix it. We suspect the receptionist had forgotten to contact the technician at first. My husband had to go to her several times and ask. All our plans that late afternoon and evening were ruined. Flooded kitchen after a night rain due to a 3 cm gap under the door. The apartment and style are nice.

Great place to stay if you have your own transport

Apartment is very clean and well maintained, looks brand new. Great facilities in the kitchen and there are roller blinds at the windows, which we needed to block out the lights during the night. We had a room at the second floor, which was the only downside: not only we could not see the ocean from the apartment but we got all the noise from the street.

We stayed four nights in one of the apartments with a sea view. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel manager and other staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and new. The apartment is about a 3 to 5-minute walk from the beach and around 10 minutes from the shopping center. You can easily take a taxi to the old town or the Medina. The kitchen was missing some basic items like dishcloths, salt, pepper, and oil. We mentioned this as a suggestion and would be happy to find these items available during our next stay.
