It was ok. Rooms were clean, glad there was a pool for the kids and the breakfast was nice. I didn’t like that I called to book the two rooms near each other and confirmed they would be across from each other with the room numbers given. When we checked in are rooms were down at opposite ends of the two rows of hallways. They said a few excuses but I saw people still checking in after I did in rooms closer to my room and feel they just didn’t want to be bothered. As I was checking in I asked about the pool and was told it was very crowded lots of kids with floats. Two ladies walked into the lobby coming from the pool and I asked them how the water was and they said it was warm and was just them in he pool no one else. One room was missing a hair dryer and the refrigerator was unplugged but we thought it was broken. Very basic feeling hotel. Almost felt like you were an inconvenience checking in. The man had an attitude.

The room served its purpose. But definitely outdated and needs maintenance. The room was clean but the towels were stained. I tried to get more towels the night we checked in and the front desk said that housekeeping was locked. The next morning I asked for towels and they said that I had to wait until the head housekeeper came in to work around 9:30. Too late.

The staff were very patient and understanding. I had a bad day and I complained about something in the room and they listened to me and told me that they will take care of it, but when I went back to the room I realized that I made a mistake and I went back to apologize and they just gave me a smile and they apologized for nothing they did.

The staff was great. The only thing we noticed was that there weren't actual comforters. They offered three layers of thinner blankets. With the cold temps recently even with the heat it was quite cold. The breakfast was good but heat was high burning food. the girls let the heat so high potatosausages

Poor receptionist treatment she was very rude. Second guy checking in was nicer. Quality of room was falling apart. Tvs were ancient, no coffee machine, caulk missing all around tub with jets not working, walls were patched up. Carpets all around really dirty. Employees in check in area were screaming at each other upon our arrival. Didn't attempt to stop once guests arrived. Can't get deposit back after 5 days still.
