My room key stopped working 5+ times within my 3 night stay. The room the pool is in is so old it leaks from the ceiling everywhere. Its a complete hassle to get extra towels to go to the pool. The hotel is on a crazy hill, not great in the winter.

From the staff to the breakfast….. it was a wonderful stay. Room was exceptionally clean, staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast was more than expected. Will definitely make a second trip.
