Unfortunately the stay was spoilt by some exceptionally loud people in the room underneath our unit. The noise went on beyond reasonable until 1am or later in the early hours of the morning. This rather upset what was otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Hot tub is outside the room & could have been set warmer,no robes supplied for the hot tub unit which I think would be standard with the hot tub being outside of the room. Parking was at its best sub standard and had to carry our bags thru the lobby down two lots of stairs to our room.

The quality of this room is outstanding. The interior of the room was very pleasing. We really enjoyed the secure space and privacy, which was veey lovely to rest in while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.
