Guests are required to complete the Verify Me section before arrival, which takes approximately 2 minutes and includes choosing either a bond hold or a small damage waiver fee of $32.10.

Tauranga Airport (TRG) is approximately a 10-minute drive, making arrival and departure a breeze. The Mount Maunganui town centre is easily walkable, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a few minutes' stroll.
