Bed Bugs and Poor Customer Service. I checked in at 11pm. At 4am I found bed bugs crawling on my sheets. Checked out and requested a refund for obvious reasons. Priopriator stated I would have to speak to Expedia. 3 days later I received word that Capital O’ Fincastle Inn refused my request based on their “No Cancellation” clause. Horse. Puckey.

Nice cheap clean motel

This was a decent place for the price. The room service came in and cleaned daily. It is a bit dated but it was clean. Just up the road a bit are great restaurants. NAPA was right next-door which was helpful because I needed some fuel line. The staff at the counter was very friendly. I would stay again
