Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit via a digital lock with a code. The unit is the first door on the left upon entering the building. Guests have access to the entire home, private laundry, deck, and a private ski locker.

The Neighborhood:
Located just steps from the Telluride Gondola and Lift 8, this home offers unmatched convenience for ski access. Stroll to Main Street for dining, shopping, or summer festivals. In winter, ski and snowboard down world-class terrain. Hiking trails, biking paths, and parks are also close by, offering year-round outdoor fun.

Getting Around:
The property is just two houses from the gondola and Oak Street Lift, making it easy to get to the slopes without a car. A free town shuttle runs nearby, and most Telluride attractions are walkable.

Other Things to Note:
Farmer's Market is located on S Oak St every Friday (May 30 to Oct 10) from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. No vehicles are allowed to be parked on S Oak street from 8 am to 5 pm. Violators will be towed by the town of Telluride. 

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note that the unit’s driveway is shared among multiple residences and long-term parking in the driveway is not permitted.
