We stayed for just one night. Upon check-in, we were informed the elevators were not working. The staff was accommodating and moved us to the second floor instead of the fourth, but it was still a bit of a struggle getting our luggage upstairs. Fortunately, by the time we returned from dinner, the elevator had been fixed. The property appears to be new—everything was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The area felt safe with plenty of parking available. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Overall, it’s in a convenient location right off the freeway, close to Pechanga Casino and several wineries, with lots of nearby dining options. A good choice for a short stay in Temecula.

It was a really nice hotel new so it’s pretty clean. It just needs a pool which I thought you had. I thought it said on here that there was a pool I could’ve been mistaken. There was no iron in the room we had to ask and for late check out this hotel charges, which I’ve never came across that but besides that it was very clean.

Stay was good overall. Pretty clean, new. The only things that bothered us was it was seemed like there was a bit of an ant problem. We found a couple dead ones in the room. There was no soap in shower. Had to ask for extra towels, and give the old ones back before we got new ones. Bed kind of uncomfortable. However, that is the case with many hotels. Overall good and would stay here again

Hotel refused our reservation/we still got charged

The hotel refused to honor our reservation because we had a cat. The hotel said they only accomodated dogs, not cats, even though the hotels.com info said they accepted pets, with no mention of refusing cats. The guy at the desk did not show any empathy and said we wouldn't be charged like he was doing us a favor. The hotel still charged us.
