The building has a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
