The charming Gloucestershire town of Tewkesbury (4.5 miles) is the meeting place for the River Severn and the River Avon, and is well worth a visit for pretty strolls. For a day at the races, head to bustling Cheltenham (10 miles), while nearby Cotswold villages with plenty of charm include Winchcombe, Broadway, and Stow-on-the-Wold (all within 19 miles).


Immerse yourself in countryside charm as you make your way to the front door of this charming, converted chapel. Head inside to find a lovingly renovated, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner – the social heart of the home. Cosy up with a cup of tea and a feel-good film on the Smart TV after days of rural walking, before starting the preparations for a romantic dinner in the stylish, shaker-style kitchen. In the corner, a pillow-laden, built-in bench and generously sized dining table is ideal for tucking into intimate dishes. From here, guests have access to a separate cloakroom as well as the well-appointed shower room with a chic walk-in shower and WC.
