There was highway work being done in front of the hotel, making getting there a challenge. We made our dinner selection based on NOT choosing any place on the other side of the freeway.

It was clean. Large, all integrated bathroom where everything can be done in private. Necessary amenities also provided. Pool. Continental breakfast also provided. Reason for a 4 star rating though. Sink drained very slowly. Access panel over shower leaked with dripping water.

We stayed for 7 nights they clean our room only one time our last day. I called and ask for full service they never clean our room. Upon our arrival they ask if we want full room service and we said ever other day..upon our arrival some tv channels like locals news don’t work. They say they will fix it. Never did. Closet don’t have door.

I want to start off by saying the staff here is wonderful! They were very nice and helpful, and the rest of what I'm about to share is not a reflection on them. The room we stayed in was cleaned as best as it could by housekeeping. However, the condition of the room needs work. There was water damage in the corner of the room and it felt like the carpet was slightly damp everywhere. We kept our shoes on the entire time. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were on their last leg. There wasn't much of a pillow left. The bathroom also had water damage and had a moldy/mildew smell. It was so unpleasant I dreaded having to go in there. The hotel provided plenty of shampoo and conditioner. When I went to take a shower, I saw the water leaking from the shower head down the wall. Not much of a breakfast option, but we did grab my daughter a yogurt and hit the road. It was an okay stay for a one night stop after being on the road all day. I wouldn't stay here if you're planning on needing more nights or actually want to hang out in the hotel.

Showed up after a 10 hour drive around midnight last night. The front desk guy told me they didn’t have my room because they were overbooked. Lied and said he didn’t have my phone number to warn me. I had made the reservation HOURS earlier. And since it was after midnight I couldn’t book anywhere else. He did have my number. It’s on the reservation. He was just too afraid to call me. 0/10. Do not stay here.

TV was not working. Only a few channels worked on and off. Hard to see picture and none of the channels were working. Told it was due to weather, but the next morning it was the same without the light rain from previous night. Next morning we were told it was because they had an outage recently. If that was the case, it would be working now that they are out of the outage. The air conditioning was very loud with high pitch noises and grinding sounds throughout the night. Disappointed that we spend 114 for this instead of just getting a motel. Especially with a sub-par breakfast.

A nice, soft bed, a great breakfast choice, nice & quiet. Our shower had absolutely no water pressure, very hard to shower. A 2nd night stand would of been nice, also some charging ports by the bed would be helpful.
