Texarkana Tripped

Our stay was comfortable and the daily breakfast was enjoyable. However, our room did not get maid service one day for some unexplained reason. The hotel did give me some Marriott Bonvoy bonus points to make up for the oversight.

Not what I expected

The room was not as pictured. The heat didn’t work and it’s 28 degrees. They had an electric heater in the room.. I couldn’t sleep kept waking up thinking the heater would start a fire. The front desk said she had no other rooms. I asked her why she didn’t say there was no heat when I checked in and she tells me the electric heater will work. Now I’m traumatized all night and uncomfortable
