We had a great experience with the hotel staff, they are gentle and efficient. The room is comfortable and it's clean. In general the hotel is very nice, with a good ubication and very quite, despite being in the city center, there is no noise at night.

The hotel is very close to restaurants, coffee shops and the Mercado. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The space was very centric close to many of the important places of Texcoco. The staff, Fromm administration to maintenance were efficient, friendly and helpful.

The room only had 1 electrical inlet. The bathroom was very small and stinky. The room doesn't have a hair dryer or clothes iron. Very noisy. The bed linens look as old as they could be. I would never stay there again.
