A lovely timber-framed cottage with a huge wooded plot. Brand new, it's waiting for its first guests. Gather your whole family or friends for a vacation in the Pays de Cocagne, enjoy the riches of the Tarn, and relax in the evening by the pool and terrace, reserved just for you! Lavaur is 12 km away, with a wide selection of shops, a beautiful old town, and two markets per week, including the Saturday morning market, one of the most renowned in the region. Large living room (58m²) which includes a kitchen area with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, etc. A central island separates the kitchen from the dining area and the living room equipped with a wood-burning stove. Large sofa, coffee table, armchairs For your meals, two tables can accommodate 12 guests. On the ground floor, you will also find the first bedroom (double bed 140x190) with sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet.
