Bliss Cottage is finished to the highest level of quality featuring, inside a spacious lounge area, with a huge 4 person daybed overlooking garden, The space has a wood fire combustion heater for those cool winter evenings and air conditioning for those hot summer nights. Bifold doors open the whole of the kitchen and lounge space to the large deck outside.
The Cottage features a beautifully modern kitchen with timber bench tops crafted from a tree on the property with high-quality kitchen appliances and timber bifold windows opening out onto a servery for indoor/outdoor eating.

There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom; the main has a cloud-like Queen sized bed with large ensuite bathroom with stone Balinese bath opening out on to private garden, the second has two sumptuous king singles (which can be fastened together on request to make a king).

We interact as much or as little as a guest would like, We will be present in a separate house on the property and are very approachable for guests who would like to know more about the local area and attractions

The villa is set on 5 acres of exotic sub-tropical botanical gardens amid natural pockets of rainforest and a creek. While the property is in a secluded location, it’s still a short drive from Byron Bay’s dining, activities, shopping, parks, and beaches.

- 10 mins Billinudgel Pub, Local Store, Post Office.
- 12mins to Ocean Shore Coles.

Private 2 car undercover free parking available with direct access to villa.
We expect our Guests to treat the Cottage and the surrounding property with respect, and to leave the Cottage as they found it with all dishes washed and cottage tidy before they depart.
All Music to be turned down to a volume not audible outside the Cottage after 10pm in respect of other guests utilising the property and our neighbours.
Please seek our permission prior to inviting any people additional to your booking, onto the property.
Please advise us of any breakages.
$250 fee will be taken from the bond if not complied.
