Cosy, quiet studio surrounded by greenery, located on the upper floor of the house with a private entrance, ideally situated at the gateway to the Rhuys peninsula. Just 15 minutes from Vannes, 20 minutes from the beaches, and only 100 metres from the GR34 hiking trail for beautiful walks.



The studio features an entrance area, a living space with a kitchenette separated by a curtain, a bedroom with a TV, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included, but cleaning products are provided. Access is via a fairly steep staircase. Free public parking is available nearby.
