In Berry, in Brenne and close to the Creuse Valley, on a farm, a group of two typical Berry houses located 230 meters apart as the crow flies (or 500 meters on foot). Each cottage has a private garden and a shared courtyard, overlooking a pond rich in biodiversity.

Shared courtyard: 3-car garage, shared with other accommodations + basketwork workshop.
House access: entrance, living room with dining area, lounge, masonry stove, kitchen, and laundry room. Access to the terrace and private garden.
Ground floor bedroom: 2 single beds. 80x200 cm beds that can be combined into a large 180x200 cm bed and two 90x190 cm single beds, known as "Swedish" pull-out beds, 24 cm from the floor; bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.
On the 1st floor: landing with a view of the pond (fenced), 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds that can be combined, 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and an extra sofa bed (sofa bed with two 70 x 190 cm real mattresses). 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds that can be combined.
Quiet, private enclosed garden (sheep fencing) with terrace, orchard, BBQ, badminton set, Molky, hammock, and shade sails.

Accommodation 2 / Gîte du Héron:
500 meters walk: Ground floor: living room with sitting area and glass-fronted wood-burning stove, dining room/kitchen area. Entrance: Space designed to accommodate our four-legged friends, 1 bathroom/toilet (walk-in shower, washing machine, and heated towel rail), 1 bedroom with 1 180x190 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x190 cm beds if needed.
Upstairs: landing with sofa bed (extra bed, TV, games, library). Bathroom + bathtub with shower column, heated towel rail, 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) (two 90 x 200 cm beds joined together to form a double bed) and two 80 x 190 cm beds.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture (1 bench & 2 armchairs) + shade sail. Under cover: 1 XXL trampoline, 1 badminton set and 1 ping-pong table, 2 sun loungers, 1 deckchair.
On the farm: 1 pond for wildlife observation, 1 pond, and nature as far as the eye can see. Enclosed garden outside the cottage. Accessible to some people with reduced mobility, but not approved.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - The gîte is heated by electricity; you have 22 Kwh per day for the large gîte and 20 Kwh per day for the small gîte (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
