Make time to visit Bury St Edmunds, an important market town with a richly fascinating heritage, the striking combination of medieval architecture, elegant Georgian squares, and glorious cathedral and abbey gardens provide a distinctive visual charm.
The Norfolk coast offers amazing treasures too, from the quaint and unspoiled Wells-next-the-Sea with its picturesque harbor to all the fun of the fair in Hunstanton. With numerous National Trust properties and stately homes such as Oxborough Hall, a 15th-century moated manor house with a fine gatehouse, chapel, gardens, and woodland walks, you really will be spoilt for choice.
