Beds were hard and the furnishings are dated that they appeared dirty. Pulling in there is a bright shiny Fairfield and then you have the dark and dated facade of this place. Parking lot did not feel safe due to lack of lights.

The place didn’t smell good, sink was clogged, tv remote had grease or something on it from previous person’s, floor was dirty, and pretty sure the bed had bed bugs. My back had a bunch of small bites on it the next day. A lot more but it was a cheap motel and some things are just expected but the cleanliness and bed bugs was the biggest disappointment.

Poor service and safety issues

Nobody was at the service desk. After calling for some assistance, the front desk attendant didn’t appear until 15 minutes later. The biggest shock was later in the evening a guy opened the hotel room door with the master key. Luckily, I had the door latch. After he opened the door, the guy and lady just laughed as they walked away. I called the front desk. The person said “she didn’t remember who was registered to the room”. Seriously! Talk about abusing their management responsibilities and power. Nobody knocked on the door or called the room prior to entering the room with the master key. Not staying at this hotel.

The staff were very polite. However, when it comes to the room, the furniture was very old, the smell of the cigarettes in the hallway all the way to the room. It was hard to walk through the hallway, although the staff is trying to Put some extra cleaning solutions to avoid the smell.

Hell

They banned me as an "undesirable" because i needed a lot of towels to handle my exposure to an allergen i was having to deal with in my home down the street. Oh, and when i asked for new bedding because my allergen got into it i was given bedding infested with some kind of bugs. Im assuming they werent actually clean. That place was a pit i couldnt rest at.
