This large property by Klitmøller, combines historic charm with modern comfort. This beautiful home, built in 1876 and renovated in 2017, offers space for up to 16 people, making it perfect for extended families, groups of friends or larger gatherings. With a plot of 3921 square meters and a house area of 142 square meters, there is plenty of space to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.
The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.
The house is located overlooking the water, which provides a calm and scenic atmosphere. The distance to the water is only 450 meters, making it easy to jump in the waves, or take a nice walk along the coast, and it is about 6 kilometers to Klitmøller. The property also offers facilities for pets, so you can bring the whole family, including your four-legged friends - up to 4 pets are allowed.
The interior of the property is both functional and comfortable. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, including three with double beds, one with bunk beds and a bunk bed in connection with the living room. In addition, there are additional sleeping places in the house's large loft, where up to 6 people can sleep. With 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone, even when morning routines have to be done. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can start the day comfortably, even on cold winter mornings.
