Great spot for a stay in Thurso.

Hotel has a breakfast included in our booking. Dinner can be purchased there as well. The room was bright and airy and bathroom clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful. Old and lumpy.The dining area and foyer looked a bit dirty and unkept though.

Very strange bathroom....

The strangest bathroom I have ever seen. The sink was at knee height.The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and the bathroom floor was quite dirty. The joints between the wall and the bathroom floor were also quite dirty. The mattress in the bed was old and uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Home for home

We booked online last minute called up to say we would arrive in 30 minutes, the staff was very eel and helpful. We was shown to our room then went down for an evening meal, the food was excellent and we was made to feel as part of the family, it is a lovely warm feel place with lovely people and the rooms was amazing the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful we would highly recommend staying in the Manor and meeting this lovely family it’s one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Very tired hotel

Food was good and staff were friendly. The whole hotel appeared tired. Our room had matted hair in the carpet. We did ask for a room to be hoovered, it didn't happen. Room was so small the TV was on the right of the bed in line with headboard. uncomfortable to watch.
