Just 7 km from Lake Garda, the apartment offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the lake’s vibrant atmosphere.



The location is central yet quiet. Within walking distance, you’ll find Gardola – the main village – where you can enjoy traditional restaurants, pizzerias, small local shops and the welcoming rhythm of everyday Italian life.



Located on the ground floor, this 50 m² apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 people. It features a bright living room with sofa bed and modern kitchenette, a comfortable double bedroom, a practical wash area with sink, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need: induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German-style coffee machine and washing machine.
