In a city that is super hot we were having AC issues and they sent maintenance here and it broke again and I asked the front desk if they can give me a new room and they declined to provide me a new room but they want maintenance to come and check it one more time before they would switch me, at that point if I go back to a room with no AC I wanted a refund. FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CANT EVEN SAY IT WAS BAD SERVICE IF YOU CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF THEM.
