An adjacent dining table also stands ready for meals or family game nights. Indulge in an alfresco experience up on your rooftop deck where you can soak up the abundant sunshine and take in the amazing view.

After meals or exciting beach days, switch on the air-conditioning, settle into your comfortable living area, and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts.

Things to Know
The dog fee is $35 USD, paid on-site.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Property - Poor Management

Overall, the home met our needs for the trip and was within walking distance of downtown (which was a priority). The biggest issue we had was with management. When we arrived we were hoping to take showers, but neither of the handles in BOTH showers would turn (and believe me we tried pulling in every direction and put as much force as we felt comfortable doing for fear of breaking either the handles or tiles). Having worked in property management I know that Vacassa is basically a big corporate management group, so I was expecting that reporting an issue would be a hassle - however, it was worse than even I expected. We reported the issue the evening of our arrival and again the morning/afternoon after (having had no one arrive yet to look at the issue). Both times we were simply routed to a call center where they said they were "putting in a maintenance request" but could never give us any other information as far as when we could expect it to be resolved or if there was even a way for them to contact the owner to ask if there was some sort of "trick" to using the showers. In the end, we forewent showering for the day but did (LUCKILY!) happen to run into a maintenance man, presumably for the complex, on our way out.. We were able to explain the issue to him and he came into the condo and was able to get them working - the issue seemed to be heavy corrosion. The three of us where still thankful we hadn't tried to put in as much force as he had to, since we had no way of kno
