Yes the breakfast menu was made after you ordered it. No the hot tub was not hot it was warm but I prefer hot water in a hot tub Rooms where clean Beds where hard not too comfortable but we were able to sleep Staff was friendly

Do not expect to rest here. The music from the clubs is extremely loud. The walls are thin and you can hear every footstep from other hotel guest above you. Do not recommend

This hotel was disgusting. You wouldn’t be able to tell by entering the lobby because it’s very nice and clean, but we got up to our room and there was a spider on our pillow immediately as we walked in the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even been cleaned. We didn’t realize that there were no towels stocked in our room until after my fiancé had showered. When I went to try to call for towels, we realized we did not even have a phone in our room. Then when the housekeeping delivered the towels they were beige and gray stained looks like what was supposed to be white towels. Just disgusting. Not to mention there was no light in the bedroom whatsoever, probably so we couldn’t tell how gross it really was. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was not helpful or understanding. They were very argumentative and rude.

The room was very dark only had one light by the bathroom, the bathroom was really bad, dirty, rusty, sink pipes were leaking and made the floor extremely wet, the towels were really old and dirty and had hairs on it, no hand towels. The only thing going for it is the view.

First, we didn't get a good impression when we registered, not too friendly, then we were readly to leave the next day, too loud, music playing until 4 am, we did not slip a wink, and we tried leaving, but they said i could not get a refund. so we had to stay. Staff is nice but not too friendly and helpful. Rooms are too plain, no chair to sit on, we paid extra for balcony, but no where to sit. One thing that I liked was the breakfast, the restaurant was great, but overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I have so much more to complain, but I will leave it at that.

There was no water in the property for 2 hours. It was a tiny room. Restroom toilet was stained. No AC Blow dryer burnt on me. Staff was friendly Breakfast was delicious NICE view! Right next to popas and beer and beach.
