The insulation was terrible, and the loud music kept me from sleeping. The engine room was very loud inside the room. The window faced the hallway and not the open air. The hallways were all wet and slippery due to the rain. Breakfast was only 1 food, and you didn't have any other choice; it wasn't a buffet

Sunio hotel was very nice. The continental breakfast that was included with the stay at the hotel was good. The breakfast included eggs with sausage, fried beans, chilaquiles and coffee. I would stay at Sunio Hotel agan in the future. Thank you.

The room only had 2 thin towels for 2 people which wasn't enough. There were cockroachs roaming the halls in front of my room door. No iron, fridge, working microwave in premiere room for a 3 star hotel? Shower head spray pattern was all over the place and it looked crusty. AC and TV worked fine. Pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. I wouldn't revisit honestly.

The hotel items that are provided as part of the service are very worn down, the towels had holes in them and looked very old. The bedding along with towels that were given to us had stains on them, and the bathrooms were filthy. There was hair in the drain in the shower and it was just overall filthy. We had Clorox wipes and we literally wiped down our entire room because it was so disgusting. We went to a local Walmart and had to buy bleach just to feel comfortable that we had disinfected that whole hotel room ourselves. I absolutely do not recommend this place especially if you have children.

The stay was ok for the prize except there was no tv service all night we stayed in I asked the front desk and did not resolve the issue she said there was no one to fix it also the shower was clogged up and it was nasty I had to wash my feet in the sink

Good location. However the room did not have enough towels, toiletries, tv not work or remote. Ripped towels additionally breakfast was the exact same thing each day. It was okay but not great. My child did not have a meals because they only include adults.
