My childhood home awaits you. My partner, our daughter, and I have completely renovated it, designed to meet today's challenges. Comfortable and functional, perfect for a large family, it can accommodate up to 10 people; this cottage has been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility: a sofa bed is provided for this purpose, a bathroom is located on the ground floor, and baby equipment is also available (high chair, travel cot, bathtub).
It is located at the end of a hamlet. From season to season, in a preserved bocage, a biodiversity is very present as evidenced by the 1st Agri-ecological Prize obtained in 2017.
For lovers of the countryside, peace and wide open spaces, in the middle of the fields to escape with family, friends, discover the landscape, our beautiful heritage, bicycles are available to take paths, roads….
Its 10,000 m2 garden with a secure swimming pool with sensors, available (7m x 3.50m) for your use (open from June to September), its terrace surrounded by flowers and trees to enjoy the sun and shade. A moment outdoors with a summer room where it will be good to live, barbecue, ping pong table, darts… games for all ages.
You can share your stay with the Miss Cocottes who will devour your food waste and offer you their eggs in exchange. Our Charolais sheep and cows graze peacefully on the surrounding plots.
Bella, charming and always knows how to be admired, is also a lovely person. Although she wasn't qualified for racing, she now spends her days peacefully awaiting tenderness and kindness. On the ground floor: two steps lead to the accommodation, a large hallway leading to a kitchen-dining room, a living room, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Upstairs: a landing with a living room and a television leading to four bedrooms (three bedrooms with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed), and a bathroom.

Outside: a private courtyard with a summer kitchen, a garden shared with the owners, parking within the property, and the possibility of walking in a 1-hectare garden.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bath linens for the entire stay, heating, and electricity, with reasonable consumption.
