When you are ready to hit the water, lake access is just across the street, putting you moments away from the popular Mosquito Bridge sandbar. Or venture out to Weirs Beach and boardwalk - approximately a 20 minute drive.

Come winter, the cottage is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes for day skiing, night skiing, or snow tubing. The property is located just off of a busy street. As such, road noise is present.
Please Note:
Guests who wish to access the day dock and lake must cross the busy street, which is not uncommon for the area. When doing so, please be cautious and patient, especially during the busy summer season.

If you will be traveling with extra vehicles - There is a Tilton Park & Ride located at 185 Laconia Rd, Tilton. It is a free, parking lot that has 24/7 access for carpooling. It’s just 5 minutes away from the cottage and you’ll drive right past it if you’re coming in from 93.

The second single bed (4th sleeping option) is a twin-sized rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress. This bed and all extra bed linens are located in the bedroom closet.

This home is in a small family neighborhood. We want to ensure both our guests and our neighbors enjoy their lake experience, so we kindly ask for common neighborhood courtesy and to observe the community renter rules.

The owners occupy the lower level and may be present in the downstairs unit during your stay. However, you have full, private access to the first floor, deck with a separate, private entrance.
