The house:
The house has a large dining room and living room, a kitchen, a large terrace with swimming pool overlooking the palm grove, and a large rooftop with an exceptional panoramic view! These areas are shared by all guests. Rooms are arranged over the first 2 floors, each with 2 large suites with private bathrooms and terraces, 1 triple room and 1 double room with access to a shared bathroom and WC area, ideal for families. The 3rd floor is laid out as a RoofTop, where you can relax, have your meals or snacks, and enjoy your activities while enjoying a unique view of the fields and the Atlas Mountains. The rooftop also has a bathroom and WC area.
Accessories:
Bathroom/WC equipment (private and shared): shampoo and soap, towel, toilet paper, hairdryer, walk-in shower.
Daily cleaning is included in the rate for each accommodation. Cleaning is done every day. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, and will of course be changed on request if required.
Reversible air conditioning in living areas and all bedrooms.
All bathrooms are equipped with towels, toilet paper, shower products and soap, hairdryer.
TV in living room and bedrooms, Wifi.

Our story:
The IGRANE house is a family project, dreamed up 10 years ago, which came to fruition this year with its inauguration on February 9, 2025 in the owner's native village of Halloul.
We took great care to build this house in keeping with Moroccan tradition, using local craftsmen with ancestral know-how and favoring natural products and objects made in Morocco for the decoration.
Location
IGRANE is located in the village of Halloul, close to the town of Tinghir, which you can reach on foot by crossing the palm grove and its cultivated fields, an ideal first stroll to discover the site.
Tinghir is 6 hours' drive from Marrakech (365KM), 2h30 from Ouarzazate (175KM), 2h from Errachidia (135KM). Stretching along the edge of its magnificent palm grove, dominated by the ruins of the former palace of the Glaoui, you can stroll through its souk, discover the old mellah and its high adobe houses, and meet the craftsmen and shops.
It's also an ideal starting point for Tinghir's 2 major sites, the Todra and Dadés gorges (by bike/motorcycle or car), the Valley of the Roses, Imilchil and its amazing lakes, a trek to Saghro or M'Goun, or a trip to the dunes of the Merzouga desert.

A native of the village of Halloul, Driss and his family are at your service to make your stay as unforgettable as possible, whether as a family, alone or with friends. We give priority to sharing, discovering and meeting new people, and we can suggest activities, visits and hikes that you can do either on your own or with a guide, depending on your wishes.
You'll also be able to take full advantage of the comfort and amenities of the house, where you'll soon feel right at home. Its swimming pool, its terraces with a magnificent RoofTop from which you can contemplate the work in the fields, listen to the birds singing, enjoy Nuit des étoiles evenings or simply listen to the silence, the house being ideally situated in an exceptionally calm and natural site.
