3rd party rentals get the worst rooms

The room was dusty and hadn’t be cleaned for weeks or months even. They didn’t vacuum the hallway floor for over 5 days I saw screws on the floor that didn’t move the entire time I was there. Holes in my drapes. Spider webs in the window. The shower gel holders were rusted

The hotel was great; facility/property, staff, etc. My only issue is the restaurant did not cater to dietary restrictions (vegan specifically). I had drinks at the bar but had to eat fries and we built a custom salad on night. Lost opportunity of revenue.
