Our bed was worn outnin the middle. I had to sleep on the edge. And i was too tored to complain. Children were running around the halls unattended until midnight. It was noisy!

Irritating

The front desk people was never available, couldn’t get supplies I need ex. Towels and garbage bags. Cleaning lady was rude. No night time rules kids was stomping and running all night for two nights. Guest was smoking had to get a room change they did that with no problem

Room was dirty, stains on pillow cases and comforter. Garbage under bathroom sink/vanity. Water stains on ceiling,Halls and entrance smelled. Front desk staff didn’t a knowledge us. Rang bell with the front desk clerk right there.

The check in was a little unpleasant because i was given a room that was already rented out. Arrived to the room it was trash everywhere and was an unpleasant smell. I went downstairs to inform them and they were very apologetic and quick with a solution. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed our time.
