Hice mi reservación por Expedia y no la respetaron, cuando llegue al hotel una señorita que por cierto bastante déspota me dijo que ellos no hacían reservsciones por plataformas le enseñe el correo y mi pago y aún así me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada y no me dieron el acceso, y no hubo más explicaciones ya metí mi queja y lo haré también a la PROFECO
