What You’ll Love:

Charming layout with space to spread out – Relax in the cozy living room, gather in the eat-in kitchen, or sip morning coffee in the sunny, south-facing sunroom.

A recently renovated kitchen – Fully stocked and thoughtfully appointed with a Keurig-style coffee maker, reverse osmosis water filtration, hot water kettle, griddle, Ninja air fryer, toaster, full cookware, bakeware, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home.

Three cozy bedrooms upstairs – All located on the second floor, perfect for families or groups who want to stay close but still enjoy a bit of privacy.

Three fully renovated bathrooms – Two located upstairs and a third in the basement, conveniently adjacent to the laundry area.

Bright, cheerful sunroom – A favorite spot for guests to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet start to the day.

Laundry and utility space – Washer and dryer in the basement, great for extended stays or keeping things fresh after day trips.

Walkable Uptown location – Nestled in the residential district of historic Perrysburg, just a few blocks from boutique shopping, local cafes, dining, and riverfront parks.

You're also just a short drive to Toledo’s top attractions like the Toledo Museum of Art, the Toledo Zoo, and the Glass Pavilion — or head into nature with beautiful metroparks and trails nearby.

Whether you're here for a slow-paced weekend or a week of exploring northwest Ohio, The Little Blue Bungalow is the perfect home base.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property, to include the use of one space in the garage.

Other things to note:
For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.

No parties, please. Please declare all pets on the reservation. We ask guests with pets to clean up waste in the yard daily. Cleanup of any waste left after checkout will incur an additional $50 fee. Please refrain from using the fireplace. The house is old and this is the number one cause of house fires. NO SMOKING of ANY kind in the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No fireworks. No tampering with security cameras. Please adhere to the stated number of guests. No unaccompanied minors. Failure to abide by any of the above may result in loss of security deposit or cancellation and forfeiture of payment for the entire stay. We appreciate your consideration.

The Blue Cottage was as described and exceeded our expectations. From convenient parking to a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds, we enjoyed our stay. Communication with our host was easy.The neighborhood location is great with easy walking to “town” or down to the river, easy driving too. Awesome place

This place was perfect for our full week trip to Ohio. Located very close to downtown perrysburg to enjoy the restaurants and fun. The beds were probably the best we’ve ever stayed at while traveling. Slept great every night. Awesome kitchen for cooking as well.

My three sisters and I rented the house for 3 nights! It was lovely, completely updated and in a great location. We walked a few blocks to uptown Perrysburg which is so quaint. There were several restaurants and cute shops.
