Upon arrival the check in staff were very friendly, accomodaiting our needs as we have a 8 month child. Once checked in we went to our rooms where on the main lobby is the pool. Kids were seen running, screaming, walking around soaking wet. The staff had no way to control the kids and all the water made it a trip hazzard. There was excess water from kids walking around wet in the hallways and in the elevators. Furthermore at 10pm you could still hear kids running up and down the stairs and hallways. Finally we were told that between 10pm and 12pm the pool and hot tub was adults only and you needed a band to get in. Well no surprise there were still kids in the pool, no bands and simply put pool was disgusting.

The roll in shower was perfect for my handicapped husband, lots of towels and room was a good size for a man in a wheelchair. Will be using this hotel for my stays when in the area.

Fairly clean room, limited breakfast options, pool was over run with loud children with NO parental supervision. Kids were doing cannon balls into pool and hot tub, were so noisy and rude that my 5 year old was too scared to go in the pool. Overwhelming smell of weed throughout the hotel as well.

All the sheets had stains. Outdated. Wall was crumbling by the AC unit, and you could tell this has been an ongoing issue. Bathroom was filthy. I thought about leaving more than once, and just going home. Customer service was the only plus, about this stay

Its average for the type of hotel. Service could have been more thorough and nicer, (we stayed two days, and they only keyed my card for one so when we tried to get into our third-floor room, we had to go back downstairs and get a new card. The lady at initial check in was not the friendliest, you could tell she didn't want to deal with us), there was a weird sticky substance in the elevator, and it smelled so bad when we were leaving but they were trying to clean it up. Breakfast was okay. So overall just average. We got a deal for this hotel so I'd want another deal to stay again.

My overall was great except at the end with the hot wasn’t or haven’t been cleaned and there was toooo much chlorine in the air n water and last but not least the worst was at checkout when I was told they couldn’t give my 200 cash deposit back because a few little red juice stains that was on one of the sheets on the bed that I’m on definitely going to dispute because I don’t think that’s fair especially for the whole 200 to be kept
