This Holiday Inn was very clean, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and spotless, parking was easy, breakfast was decent, and we felt very safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The main problem I had with this stay was a lack of transparency and mainly the breakdown of communication with or lack off with the staf First of all ,the elevators were not working at all! it was very inconvenient since I was on the fourth floor, and it was extremely hard to carry luggage and my cooler up 4 flights of stairs. Unfortunately, I had to call the front desk each time to ride me up in the service elevator and It was on the opposite end of the main floor. You’d have to cut through the kitchen to get to it I had a severely sprained ankle that I had sprained just recently a week ago and I couldn’t put too much pressure on it. Also, my wife called to book this hotel she specifically asked if the pool /Spa wasn’t good working order and what the temperature was if it was at least 90 to 95°F The pool was clean, although it was lukewarm and could’ve been much warmer. The inside temperature of the pool area was frigid. Yes it was 30° outside although it was barely 50° inside the pool area. The heater should’ve been blowing warmer and that would’ve kept the pool temperature warmer as well. The Jacuzzi was over treated with chemicals and was foaming up with chemicals:( ; So whenever you push the spa button and it was lukewarm as well very disappointed since I did look forward to spending time in the pool and spa. The gym was average. It had free weights and other.The Equipment clean. There is no complementary breakfast as they stated in the listing.

Aaron at the front desk was probably one of the best front desk clerks I've ever dealt with. He is special. I especially appreciated his sense of humor and the way he was genuinely interested in our well-being. Also listening to him go over the restaurant list was a hoot. And we got some really great food that night. If you're going to spend the night in Toledo/ Perrysburg area, go to this hotel and I hope you get to meet him. Five stars all the way around.
