Staff was excellent & very helpful. Room was very nice but the bathroom was dirty, not cleaned. The parking situation was AWFUL!! Had to park over a block away after I paid for parking the connected parking lot but it was already full. Not a good experience there at all.

The room was very clean! The staff was very friendly! The venue that we were attending was attached to the hotel which made it really nice because we didn't have to take our coats to the concert. The lobby bar was really cool! And the option of having a continental breakfast for a additional amount was a great! We definitely will be going back there!
