Well i have had worse. The room is quiet, and the A/C makes a steady noise rather than of and on. I asked for a second pillow, and they said they had only a few as people kept stealing them, but he found me one. The hallway smells like Parmesan cheese, and the lobby smells like an Uber car freshener, but the room is tolerable. No Kleenex. The desk chair is lopsided. I am in an abandoned strip mall in Toledo. I am motivated to leave early in the morning. The fly isn’t bothering me too much.

Not Clean and Not Safe

Rooms are not clean, and area is not safe. Throw up in the trash can in the ice/vending area. LOUD noises and doors and yelling at night. Bathroom door did not close.

I've stayed here every year for the last four years and everything has been fine up until this year. Went into the room and there was dust everywhere. Not just a little dust, weeks worth. Everything was dirty, the floor was sticky. The tv didn't work nor the fridge. They moved us to a new room and it wasnt as dusty but you can see how dirty it was in the pictures. Check out the mirror! No shampoo, no conditioner, no coffee. I set a plastic bag down on the desk and it stuck there. Speaking of desk, there was no chair. Worst stay I've had at a hotel in years. . I will never stay there again. Ok, it will not let me upload pictures, but I promise I have them and its not pretty.

The place was dirty, old food spilled in the refrigerator, dead bugs on the floor, wet towel in the bathroom, microwave did not work properly, sink leaked. When my husband went into the bathroom his walker would not fit. Not handicap safe.

Cheap for a reason

Room was nasty, floors were sticky all over both beds were broken. It’s loud all the time. Walls are paper thin can hear everything in the room next to me.

The room did not have certain things like hangers for clothes, an ironing board, but did have an iron. Bathroom was to small. When entering the smell of bleach was exceptional! Will not ever book in the future!
