Terrible property
Due to notice in room: Hotel not responsible for missing items in room, we asked “Do not disturb” on door. We left property and room was entered and beds were made luggage moved without our consent. Went to front desk and asked for manager. Was told
Manager wasn’t available. Asked for his/ her name and was told” We can not give you his name.This hotel that has a bullet proof 2” glass reception counter still sports DVD players in rooms.

I usually stay near the Plaza but I wanted to do some shopping at the Gallerías this time. The staff was lovely. The room was very comfortable. I loved having an early breakfast. The chilaquiles were delicious.

No pierdas tu llave

Solamente tuvimos un detalle con la llave que se nos quedó dentro de la habitación pero pensamos que la habíamos perdido, nos cobraron 100 pesos de la reposición y cuando vimos que estaba dentro del cuarto quisimos regresar la otra para que nos regresarán los 100 pesos, pero nos dijeron que ya no era posible
