We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools requirements: Keurig, dishes, cups, pots, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, crockpot, toaster, blender, baking items, etc.

We strictly follow VRBO's cleaning guidelines to ensure our guests’ safety and comfort.

Stay Duration:

During Peak Season we require a 7-night (weekly) rental; Checking-In on Saturday and Checking-Out the following Saturday.

During the Off-Season, we require a 3-night minimum.

Summer parking in Seaside Heights can be difficult, but you can rent from us parking tags $70.00 for the week, which will allow you to park in any metered spot.

We provide 2 beach season passes with the house. Kids under 12 are free. Additional Beach Passes for Seaside Heights or Seaside Park are $25.00 for the week.

We offer cots for additional sleeping quarters for $25.00 per week. (need sheets,pillows and blankets)

Dogs are allowed but they have to be small dogs. There is a $150.00 fee for each dog.

Please be respectful of noise levels, especially at night.

We are not supplying bath towels, pillows, sheets, blankets or comforters. Please bring your own. The house has 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds. Due to what has been going on.

Please bring your own beach chairs/toys.

This is a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood with year-round residents. Guests must be always respectful and limit noise to reasonable levels. No parties unless known in advance. No noise after 11 pm. Must be 25 years old to rent this house.

Photo identification ID Cards (Drivers' License etc.) are needed from the person named on the reservation. If not provided, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid would be forfeited.
