Disappointed

We had to switch rooms because of the bathroom and then the second bathroom the tub drain would not drain so we were standing in our dirty water while showering. The bed was uncomfortable and me and my wife’s back was hurting. We tried to cancel the 2nd day but yall said talk to the property manager and we did and they said talk to Expedia so we just sucked it up and stayed but we weren’t happy about it.

Wouldn’t be my first choice.

The good: front desk staff was great, and very helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom was aged but clean. The bad: the hallway reeked of food. We were there for the weekend, and it was pretty bad all 3 days. Also, the beds have no support. The mattress just gave way, making for uncomfortable nights. The shower has minimal pressure.

Could have been better

The rooms were clean but definitely old and needed some up-keep. There was no hot water in our room. The pool was nice but no towels. We had to leave a little before breakfast started so I asked if we could still get a couple muffins or pastries to go since our room came with breakfast and it was like they didn’t understand what I was asking and then in the end just told me no anyways, which was very disappointing since I had 3 little boys who wanted breakfast!

Great Stay and Friendly Staff

Staff was all friendly. The hotel is under renovation but the rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was open and was clean as well. Very satisfied with the stay.

There was mold in my bathroom the workers were rude and at checkout made every excuse not to give me my hold back including saying I was smoking and had dogs when highly allergic to both them proceded to say since their were crumbs on my floor I wasn't getting it back

No WiFi or shampoo, mold in shower.

Horrible Wi-Fi/Internet access. When you book a hotel based on it having Wi-Fi, one of the most basic needs of a business traveler, it’s pretty disappointing when it’s not working. This wasn’t a “temporary“ issue for the room I was in, but simply they just didn’t seem care to have proper, quality Wi-Fi for all the rooms. There was missing caulking around the bathtub/shower, with mold, showing underneath, pitch black. They’re maid service had three bottles of conditioner on the table, but no shampoos. The outside of the hotel itself looks horrible, and it seems like they’re possibly in the middle of exterior repairs, but it doesn’t make one feel very confident when they pull up to the hotel for the evening. In a bright note, both people at the front desk were very nice. But that won’t get you a proper night sleep, an evening of work deadlines finished on the internet or the sense of a clean shower in the morning.

This hotel was NOTHING like the pictures online! It was sketchy and dirty. I told the front desk clerk that there was no way that I was staying there. TOTAL misrepresentation! I have been an Expedia customer for many years, but not taking care of this makes me never want to use your service again.
