The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start your towels in the washing machine. Please do not wash the towels with the sheets. You can leave the sheets on the beds- then they dont get mixed up with your belongings!
Set the heat to 60. Please ensure the air conditioner is turned off.
We will take care of the garbage when we clean. Please ensure the place looks as it did when you arrived. Wash and put away your dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Park in front of the apartment on the right side. You will leave the apartment the way you found it. Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM.
Dont run the air conditioner and the heat at the same time. Close the windows and door when running the heat or the air conditioner.
Don't wash the sheets with the towels. Please use the spot remover on any spots on the couch or linen. Start the towels washer when you leave.
