My wife Karen and I had a fantastic stay at the very cozy guesthouse. Sarah is a great hostess. We enjoyed her delicious breakfast and she took good care of us. The guesthouse is situated in very nice surroundings in Kingsand on the beautiful Rame peninsula.

Beautiful Guesthouse by the sea

We enjoyed every minute of our stay with Sarah. She is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, a delight. The rooms are so full of character, with beautiful furnishings, pictures and hand painted wallpaper. We will definitely return to stay with Sarah at her guesthouse.

because of the age of the property the stairs were difficult to negotiate but the rooms were somewhat "quirky" and it was certainly unique. For future guests, it might be useful to make it known that there are dogs in residence. The proprietor was very caring and approachable.

Sarah was a fantastic host, we really felt at home. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations and directions and she put on a fantastic breakfast! the atmosphere was really lovely and friendly and we also got on really well with the other guests which goes to show that our hostess really set the tone! Beautiful Guesthouse.

If you are looking for a typical setting in Cornwall, this is the place. We stayed onthe first floor and enjoyed the luxury of the whole floor including the sitting room. Ensuite shower room was beautiful. Very peaceful at night and a great view of the sea. Sarah and Hannah were great hosts and made our stay very comfortable.

This is truly a gem! If you love being surrounded by books and art, want to eat fantastic food cooked by the most welcoming of hosts and have views of the sea, then this is your perfect place. Outside, the walks are wonderful, the sea beautiful and the bars and restaurants friendly. We will definitely be back.
