Being in spacious lounge diner area you can open the French door wide and take delight in the pretty sea views over Babbacombe Downs.


In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, The Bay of Lights, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show.

Kitchen: is a part of open space Lounge/Diner. It features four-ring induction hob, electric oven, under counter fridge with little ice box freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, equipped with all the necessities for home-made meals cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.


Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a slim wardrobe. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC. This bedroom benefits from a window with far reaching sea views.


Room 2 This room has a double bed, bedside table with reading light, chest of draws and hanging rail for your clothes. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC. Please note: this room does not have a window natural light enters the room from a Skypod, the Skypod does not give the room ventilation.


Bedroom 3 This bedroom has 2 Single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps, full length mirror and hooks for cloths. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC.

Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Power and Heat: Electricity and central heating, included.


Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
