An exclusive lakefront dinner, immersed in the centuries-old park of a historic villa, in total privacy: at Villa Magnolia everything is possible!

A unique property for 15 people with private jetty on Maderno's lakefront.

The luxury of simplicity in an exclusive location where the bright colors of the flowers and plants during the day blend perfectly with the magical atmosphere overlooking the lake in the evening.

Park of over 3000 square meters with bbq area, the new in ground pool (dim. 8 m x 4 m h 1,2 m), outdoor whirlpool for 4 people (mainly used in the mid-low season).
Garden equipped with games for children and a large BBQ area surrounded by greenery.

The large house divided over two floors connected by an internal staircase.

The ground floor offers a large living area of about 70/80 square meters with a super-equipped kitchen and opening onto a covered balcony overlooking the lake/garden/swimming pool. The sleeping area on this floor includes 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one bedroom with a 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower.

The first floor, on the other hand, is made up as follows: kitchen and living area with TV, 5 bedrooms 4 double bedrooms and one with French bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tube)
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Please note that the price refers to the entire villa considering the number of guests of the booking. If the number of guests increases, it is necessary to change the reservation because the price changes.

The period of time for the check in is between 4pm and 7pm: if you manage to arrive later than this time you must aware our check in assistant and pay an extra cost of €35 for the service.

N.B.: The bed linen for the bedroom, the bathroom set consisting of a shower towel, medium towel and small towel, the pool towel for each guest and the final cleaning have a total cost of 600.00 euros which must be paid in cash at check-in.

The lake house is situated in a lovely area just a minute walking distance to a private pier & the promenade. It was plenty big for our party of 6. The house was clean but upon arrival we quickly discovered the main kitchen had an ant problem making it difficult to keep food on the counter. Two of the guests in our party have back issues & would have enjoyed a hot jacuzzi but the jacuzzi which could barely fit 2 people was not working at all. The house had a washing machine but no dryer making it challenging to dry clothes adequately & Stowe in luggage upon leaving. We enjoyed the house, its proximity to food shopping & local restaurants. It would have been a nice addition if there had been a guide of information about the house & offering info about local services, a good source for restaurant options in the various lake towns, & also activities. We had an overall good experience & I would recommend this house for its proximity to the lake which was lovely & a real plus. I might add that after paying a hefty sum for the rental, it seemed a bit extreme to be charged a 600 cleaning fee on top of that. We did really enjoy our time on Lake Garda exploring the beautiful scenery & the gorgeous lake towns.

It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips in the region (car of ferry), but also has an own public sandy beach at 6 min. walk from the villa. We had a great time!

We loved it! Plenty of room inside and out for our group of 13 to enjoy. Every bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was easy to work in. We also grilled out a couple of times with the outdoor fire pit grill and enjoyed eating outside at the beautiful table for 12. Would recommend this gorgeous location to everyone.

The home, property, pool, and proximity to Lake Garda and town made for a fabulous one-week stay with four families, including 4 teenagers and 9 adults. Great house and location

Villa Magnolia is a fantastic house for a multi person holiday. While it’s in need of some modernisation - kitchen, air conditioning in every room - there are many outdoor spaces for conversation, games, reading and siestas. Take care when booking that you specify how many guests you’ll be as this caused some confusion. But overall, we were very happy and we and our guests had a wonderful time.

Best Villa on the Lake

We just returned from celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday with all our children and grandchildren. Villa Magnolia and Samanta couldn’t have been better. First, the location of the Villa on the promenade allowed everyone to explore the lake via a walk to the ferry, grab a gelato, lunch or a glass of wine whenever they liked without taking a car. The Villa and grounds are generous with plenty of space to gather and to find quiet time. Samanta arranged a special birthday dinner with Chef Zeno at the Villa. Chef Zeno is a lovely, charming man who explained our dishes and told us about the delicious local wines he chose. The setting, the table and food were fabulous! An experience I highly recommend. Samanta also helped us with transportation to the east side of the lake, a beautiful lunch for the 12 of us, and a wine tasting. She was helpful and responsive to all our (many) requests. This was the best family gathering ever. I confidently recommend this Villa. Thank you for the memories!

Wonderful home in fantastic location

We had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful property, it couldn’t have been a more perfect house for us to base ourselves at. We were staying with 3 other family’s with children ranging from 4-12 years and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. The grounds are also very beautiful and huge! Giving the children lots of space to run around in a secure environment because they cannot get out of the gates. The house is really well equipped over two floors with kitchens and living areas in both. It even has a laundry room which was amazing for families! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and beach and lake and private jetty which is wonderful for swimming in the lake. The owners very really helpful, communication was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this fantastic home for your next holiday! 😍

Insgesamt wunderbares Objekt in perfekter Lage. Entspricht auch der Beschreibung von Fewo direkt. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Pool gefallen, der offensichtlich erst vor Kurzem erneuert wurde.Einige kleine Schönheitsfehler: das Gefrierfach war nicht abgetaut - div. Reste angefroren, in den Bädern wären auch kleinere Reparaturen fällig, Gartenmöbel am Grillplatz alt, z.Teil defekt, wacklig, Whirlpoolpumpe defekt, Whirlpoolbecken besteht nur aus einer welligen Folie ohne Sitzgelegenheit, Ablagefächer am Whirlpool angefüllt mit völlig kaputten Spiel- und Sportsachen.
