Mrs. Delorme welcomes you to her property in the heart of Toucy, in Burgundy: an elegant mid-nineteenth-century bourgeois house, outbuildings and a beautiful park at the foot of the town's fortified church. The cottage is a little house set up in one of the outbuildings, nicely rehabilitated, with all modern comforts.
Housed in one of the outbuildings of a magnificent nineteenth century property, the little house is located on the ground floor, with direct access to a private garden. It is a flowery space where you will like to have a coffee or an aperitif, or even sit down with a good book to enjoy the birdsong...

Inside, a large room serves as a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Tastefully decorated in pastel tones, it invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. You will find the necessary crockery as well as a dining area for your meals.
The bedroom side is cozy with its 160 cm bed and its boutis with the charm of yesteryear.
A lounge area is also available with armchairs and a wood-burning stove (supplied wood) for cooler evenings.
The large bay window overlooks the courtyard and the fortified church.
In addition, a bathroom, with walk-in shower and toilet, offers enough space for the storage of all your belongings.

This small cottage is both delicate and functional: you will spend pleasant moments in a comfortable space where everything is planned for your well-being.

You will have access to the ground floor of the outbuilding and a private garden area. The floor of the outbuilding is unoccupied: it is the former hayloft. You will therefore be alone and in peace.

Mrs. Delorme will greet you on your arrival: we ask you to tell her your arrival time a few days before. If necessary, she will be on hand to answer your questions.

Free public parking is available 30 metres from the property. It is also possible to park in the adjacent streets.
