Located in Toulon, this charming 98 m² house welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and remote work, reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, efficient and quiet ceiling fans in all 3 upstairs bedrooms, electric radiator heating in each room, a washing machine, TV, and a dedicated workspace. Large picture windows with electric shutters fill the house with natural light. A filter coffee machine is available.



Outside, relax on balconies with mountain views or on one of two terraces, equipped with retractable awnings or a cantilever parasol. The secure estate features a large 16-meter unheated outdoor pool, shared by 19 houses in a quiet, uncrowded setting. A separate children’s pool is also available. Both pools are accessible with the provided keys. Toys and children’s books are provided. You have free access to a tennis court throughout your stay.



On-site parking is available with a shared spot among ten, subject to availability, plus free street parking. A covered, secure bike area is on the adjoining terrace, with a lockable garden gate. The residence is accessed via two automatic gates and a coded pedestrian gate.



Fully renovated in 2016 and regularly maintained, the house is exclusively for seasonal rental. You have full private access. Méjean and Magaud coves are within walking distance. Public transport, bus stops, and bike paths are easily accessible.



Practical info: Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m. Any request for flexible hours must be made in advance and is subject to availability. Pets are not allowed. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There is only one A/C on the first floor - living room which causes a thermal amplitude with the rest of the house. It was impossible to sleep on the second floor for 3 reasons: no air, too hot and bad quality of mattress. The two bathrooms were dirty: mold on the bath and shower seal.
