Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 28 m² loft with shared pool and spa for rent in Tourtrès, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared plot of around 6,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), shower gel/shampoo, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room and separate WC

Please note that the owners live on site, and share the grounds and swimming pool with them.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue, high chair, cot.

Outside :
- Shared, unheated 9×4.5 m swimming pool, open from 1ᵉʳ May to 31 October. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. All children swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- A spa open from April to the end of November. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions. A parent must be present when children are swimming.
- A 12 m² wooden terrace on a shared 6,000 m² plot with garden furniture, sunbed and parasol to enjoy the fine weather. It is also equipped with two outdoor sockets.
- A second 6 m² terrace at the entrance to the flat.

The flat is ideally located in Tourtrès, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Marmande SNCF station, about 21 minutes by car (20.1 km).
- Nearest airport: Bergerac Dordogne Périgord airport, about 42 minutes by car (48.1 km) - Bordeaux airport, about 1 hour 22 minutes by car (116 km)

- The entire property is equipped with surveillance cameras:
Two at the front of the house, one of which covers the swimming pool. The cameras only cover the outside (one on the car park side and one on the rear of the property). These are deactivated when you are away.
A connected doorbell is also equipped with a camera that detects people or vehicles approaching the gate.
- Swimming pool: children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Spa: open from early April to late November. A parent must be present when children are swimming. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement
