Welcome to Flat Branch Lodge in historic Tracy City, Tennessee. Nestled in the Cumberland Plateau of the Appalachian Mountains, Flat Branch Lodge is a peaceful mountain retreat that sits on over two acres, located less than 5 minutes away from
some of the most beautiful outdoor landscapes in the country. These include the entrance to the legendary Fiery Gizzard Trail, South Cumberland State Park, Savage Gulf State Park and several breathtaking waterfalls and swimming holes. Enjoy every outdoor activity from rock climbing to hiking, kayaking to fishing, caving to mountain
biking within a short drive of Flat Branch Lodge.
The cabin has recently been recently renovated and is situated on over two acres of land, surrounded by woods and Tennessee wildlife.
There is plenty of parking as you arrive, and ample space for trailers, boats, or UTVs, plus a spacious fire pit behind the cabin for a secluded campfire experience.
Enjoy mornings with coffee on two covered
porches with fans, looking out at the beautiful wooded area of the Cumberland Plateau.

Flat Brand Lodge comfortably sleeps (6) with a main bedroom located downstairs and a
shared bathroom full bathroom adjacent. The kitchen features modern amenities, butcher block countertops and large farm sink with a washer and dryer tucked away nearby. Cast Iron cookware is prominently featured and provided as we are 30 minutes from the iconic Lodge Cast Iron Factory!
The upstairs features a cozy loft with two queen beds, comfortable pullout couch plus a smart TV for movie nights and (2) desks for any work or writing that you need to tackle during your stay.

This property was chosen by its owners for its short 90-minute drive from Nashville, its seclusion and proximity to world class outdoor adventures that they could experience as a family.
